Amy was incredibly welcoming from the minute I walked in the door. I was so nervous to take my first class and she made me feel so comfortable. Today, Nicole was just as welcoming and the ladies in the classes have been great.

Everyone is so very nice and accommodating. The Vinyasa flow class is excellent- just the right level of ability with some things difficult enough to be challenging.
