I love that the class size is small. Amy is absolutely amazing at being able to hold a beginners hand and still pay attention to the other people in the class.
I was really impressed with the nutrition class and program offered, as well as the trauma/self care class that I recently attended.
Instructor (Asha) was great, very professional. Nice class size.
