My stylist explained what she was doing, took her time, wasn't shy or hesitant asking for help, great social skills. And my hair looks great.

First off, Versus has a very comfortable environment, it's welcoming and everyone is genuine and friendly. I love not only how the staff treats their clients but how they treat each other. They seem to be a group that works together and lifts each other up. Michelle is lovely, talented and very easy going.... I can show her photos and she quickly points out how each cut is structured and how it would work on my type of curly hair. She doesn't start cutting until WE have a plan. Throughout the cut she stops, hands me the mirror and makes sure I'm happy with what she is doing. I've never had a stylist put so much effort into making sure I'm happy with a haircut. I also appreciate that Michelle sees me right at my scheduled time and never rushes through my appointment! Thank you 😊
