Ali was very professional and kind. Choosing to cut my long and damaged hair was a huge and important step for me and she made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to prioritize the health of my hair over the length. The fact that she not only provides a curl cut/styling service, but also shows me how to do it for myself at home and gives me a list of products I can purchase for my hair type if I would like is outstanding and beyond exceeding. Because the atmosphere was calming but interrupted with loud music and loud talking on the phone.. I think earphones would have helped that situation...
