• The experience was great from start to finish! For my appt to start at 12pm and to get out by 3:20pm - I got out at a great time! Michelle was so nice, welcoming, abs provided me with information here and there. As a new client, I would've loved step-by-step information without having to ask. Or to be asked more about my daily routine and be provided with recommendations after she assessed my curl type/porosity/etc. Wonderful first experience, more education would've been great!!
