My stylist put me at ease about the process I chose to do with my hair and explained each step as she went along. I also took notice of how each staff member enacted with each client as they came in and made each one feel as if they were special.I could not have asked for a better experience for my first time.

The experience was great from start to finish! For my appt to start at 12pm and to get out by 3:20pm - I got out at a great time! Michelle was so nice, welcoming, abs provided me with information here and there. As a new client, I would've loved step-by-step information without having to ask. Or to be asked more about my daily routine and be provided with recommendations after she assessed my curl type/porosity/etc. Wonderful first experience, more education would've been great!!
