It was my first time in the salon and Alaina was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxed, she walked me through the process and was extremely pleasant and gentle. She made me feel comfortable very quickly, guided me through the services and answered all of my questions. She cut and styled my hair exactly the way I liked it without me having to say anything. I appreciated the service so much.
