I was happy with jazmine jones service she is very nice, attentive, and gentle with my hair . I am big on a stylist taking time on my natural hair and not rushing and/or using small tools to comb through my natural hair. She was great. She greeted me when i walked in and took my coat. When we sat at the washing station she made sure I wasn’t allergic to the product she was set to use. She took time in my thick natural hair washing it, separating it to detangle in small sections, etc. When we got to the chair and she started blow drying she was very gentle. She did not tug on my hair and just rip it out to get it as straight as possible she took her time and the process was painless. I think some areas of improvement could be making sure the roots of the clients hair aren’t damp after blow drying. I only got a blow dry so I wasn’t pressed about a small part of my roots being slightly damp, but If I were to get a silk press I would’ve been concerned about a flat iron used on my damp hair . Also, not having the hair soak and wet when beginning to blow dry. Overall , I like jazmine jones and my whole family will be coming to her for her services

Courteous, friendly, professional staff from beginning to end. Receptionist very welcoming. Stylist made me comfortable explaining the process. She made sure I was satisfied with its outcome before leaving. I loved the results.
