The teachers are the best in LA. Each has their own style and often will change the practice routine. This studio is where I find peace for myself. I'm grateful to be a student at Veda Yoga.
Tracy @ 6:30am class cultivates a beautiful balance of spirituality & physicality, playfulness & reverence. She is a highly skilled and effective teacher, guiding each of us and all of us. She has fostered a loving community and manifests exactly why I want Yoga in my life. 💜
The vibe of the studio was what I am looking for. The instructors were welcoming and the class was lovely. The studio is also close to my home and the back patio is lovely.
It is a very welcoming space.
It is encouraged to go at your own pace. Veda doesn't foster a "competitive" atmosphere. It's important that new students feel comfortable. Then they'll most likely come back😊
