Because of the yoga teachers especially Jill who is excellent at showing us step by step how to do more advanced poses. I have mad so much progress in my practice because of her.
I love Veda yoga. So grateful to be allowed to rehabilitate my disabled body here, can't thank you all enough. All of the instructors are accommodating to everyone regardless of strength level. The instructors care to help improve your practice and ask for consent before helping you adjust. Jillian was my first instructor and because of her I will be a committed for the year and have referred others. Molly and Celeste have also been amazing, thank you all so much!
