Its a wonderful welcoming space and I like many of the teachers but I specifically do the morning classes for Tracy.
Everyone is very welcoming. You are encouraged to go at your own pace.😊
All the teachers were nice and prepared. I felt a deep sense of community and the classes always went beyond the physical practice, living me with a sense of peace, joy or gratitude.
