I love Veda yoga. It is by far the best yoga studio I’ve been to. This place is magic. The instructors are incredible and helped me even if they didn’t know it by welcoming me and accepting me as I am and teaching me the wonderful practice of yoga during a very low point in my life. I’m still healing but practicing here close to 200 times (that’s how much I loved it, sadly had to move away) has forever changed in the best way. And although I’m not in the area, I plan to take class here when I can and undergo teacher training in the near future. :) Thank you
