Because I find the instructors to be caring , attentive and respectful of each individual and the level they're at as well as having the physical knowledge and caring nature one must have to teach this discipline. The ambience is relaxed and an oasis from the chaos of LA ! And I feel relaxed and calm when I enter the studio.
Having a free morning yoga class represents everything that yoga should be. Inclusive, communal, and inspiring. More yoga studios should do this? Also, I took a restorative yoga class a few weeks ago and my back has never felt better. It was so relaxing and soothing.

I really appreciate the robust schedule and wonderful teachers. My personal preference would be for far less hot yoga on the schedule, as I joined prior to hot yoga being offered and I definitely prefer non-heated. Other than that, I have no complaints, I really appreciate all the instructors and their knowledge, as well as the encouraging environment.
Very welcoming staff, community feel and great classes so far- I'm looking forward to coming back tomorrow and during the week!
