The class size is nice and the instructor was really great
The intentions toward your business via practice are genuine and it shows through your teachers and the feeling when you walk in. It's welcoming, supportive, with focus on the insides and personal growth. My teacher today was one of the best I've had in years.
In order of priority: welcoming teachers who promote/facilitate acceptance & mindfulness, wide range of class types/times including early classes (6am) that work for my schedule, affordability, peaceful environment, location. Thank you for all of that, Veda Yoga!

Very kind staff and everyone was friendly with each other! The adjustments during yoga were gentle and helpful. The room was vibrating with energy. I would definitely recommend veda to a friend
