• Because I was treated respectfully, kindly and professionally. Kim was punctual. I received a test stating exactly what to do upon arrival. Due to Covid-19 the new room was set up with open free flowing air with soft white curtains blowing gently in the breeze. I was suddenly transported to a tropical paradise. Anita N.
