I did it gals, I finally found my home for facials! After being in SD for 5 years and bouncing around trying to find the perfect combination of supreme relaxation and an effective, knowledgeable esthetician, Vasseur is IT.

The space itself is a stunning updated Victorian with views of the water. Easily accessible and I had no trouble finding free parking. For someone who doesn't need or want the full spa experience but still appreciates a clean, calm and esthetically pleasing environment, this checked all my boxes. The room was adorable and comfortable with amazing ambient lighting and sounds to soothe even the most anxious person.

Saving the best for last, my esthetician Hollie was a dream. Super kind and personable and amazing talented. She gave me a nice run down on my skin, what I'm doing right and what I could be doing better without trying to upsell their arsenal of amazing and quality skin care line. Probably because they sell themselves, everything felt amazing and smelled even better. At one point I'm pretty sure she applied a cloud to my face.

Overall 10/10 and I look forward to my next appointment. The staff, location and products are all 100%. Hope you treat yourself soon! Xx

Wow!! I had the most incredible experience at Vasseur Spa!! Jessica gave me the best facial of my life, so incredibly relaxing while also deeply cleaning my pores. I left the spa glowing and refreshed! The customer service overall is outstanding, everyone is so friendly and kind. I'm also obsessed with their products and constantly get compliments on my skin. Can't recommend enough!!

They never cease to amaze me! The amount of care Vasseur Skin Clinic & Spa takes to ensure each experience has both my skin feeling and looking better and me feeling relaxed and refreshed is amazing. It's why I keep coming back. It begins the second you step into the spa. You immediately feel more relaxed with the serene atmosphere. When making experiences, attention to details matters to them. From the beautiful flower arrangements to the amazing service. Heather, the aesthetician, pampered my skin and set a facial routine to meet my skin's needs. I felt relaxed and renewed. The best part is that this feeling doesn't disappear overnight but lasts. It's why I keep coming back.

Vasseur is a lovely place to get massages and facials in the Banker's Hill area. I went once in 2016 when a friend bought me a gift certificate. I had an excellent experience. I had been planning to go back for a long time, but whenever I thought about going, they were already booked. Anyway, one day last week, I took off of work for a self-care day and booked a one-and-half-hour custom facial at Vasseur. I figured I would go all out and get the longer facial, as I get them so seldom.
Vasseur is in a large and beautiful old house, the type I dream of living in. Parking is easy, as the street is pretty open, and there is two-hour parking available without meters.
I noticed that everyone there is very friendly. I was greeted promptly when I arrived. Also, I arrived a few minutes early, and was able to start my service a little early. One thing that was really nice, is that I had a remainder on my gift certificate from 2016 and they had it on file, so I was able to use that.
My service was great. It was the full hour-and-a-half and my esthetician was very attentive and was with me the whole time. She did not speak much, and let me rest, only checking in a few times. This was nice as I do not like to talk when I get a facial. I think the only thing I didn't really like, is that when I had booked the longer facial, I had hoped for more facial treatment, when I feel that there was back, shoulder, and face massage to fill in the gaps. A lot of the facial massage really wasn't anything except a couple of finders on my cheeks and forehead. There was nothing wrong with it, but I had really hoped for more skin treatment. I also do wish that she had gently told me the next steps of the facial process before doing them so I would know what was happening. I did find it a bit strange that we did not have a short conversation about my skin before starting, as I thought she may have used that information to customize the facial, but I did fill out a short form.
The check-out process was easy, and I did not have any products pushed on my. I did find out that you cannot leave a tip on your credit card. I don't care for that policy, as it is a high end place, and I feel that courtesy should be given to customers. Luckily, I happened to have cash.
I would definitely go back and I recommend this place. However, I would just get the hour-long facial next time.

I have been getting facials from Heather once a month for about a year and I've never been happier with my skin. I seriously look forward to these appointments each month. Heather is amazing and takes care of my skin and it's specific needs while recommending products that have helped my acne prone skin immensely. Her touch is magical- I feel like I'm transported to another world of relaxation while I'm on the table. They make booking appointments easy and send text reminders as well. I have also had to reschedule last minute due to illnesses and that's never been an issue. The building itself is cute and has such a calming energy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for some self care and skin care.

I am so obsessed with this spot!! The house is beautiful! They really did such a nice job of turning this in to a cozy Day Spa! The staff is so friendly, and welcoming. I had a facial by Hollie, she made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the whole process! I can't wait to go back and try other services!!

I found Vasseur Skin Clinic by searching for "best facials in San Diego". At 46 I started noticing my skin looking a little dull. After a couple of facials with Meghan and taking her product recommendations, I can already see a huge difference.

The spa is lovely with an amazing view, the products are hand made, and the facials are so relaxing with great results. I'm now treating myself to 90 min with Meghan every 6 weeks. Can't wait until my next treatment.
