• My husband and I were in Charlotte celebrating our anniversary when Hurricane Helene hit, delaying our return to Tennessee. With a day of unexpected free time, the friendly staff at Urbana Spa was able to squeeze us in for a last-minute couples massage, and it turned out to be the best experience! Both therapists were phenomenal, and the charcuterie board was amazing. I regret not asking where to buy that cherry blossom tea because it was so delicious! Thank you for accommodating us at the last moment and for such an incredible experience. When we return to Charlotte, you’ll be our first stop!
