• From the moment I called Michelle took care of our reservation with professionalism and care. This was a first class experience from the check-in all the way to the checkout! I know all of the people involved did an amazing job, but I can speak to Sarah who did my facial. She was so lovely and so personable. It was probably one of the best times I've had at a spa. also a shout out to Justice. I think that was her name at the front desk. She was so hands-on and made sure we didn't want for anything.
