I actually have recommended to several friends, but with the caveat that due to the volume of people and classes it can be a little dirty feeling. Walking into already sweat pooled floors for example and an interior that is just showing its age a bit - I think the mat racks have gouged the walls up high? Just stuff that takes away from the spa vibe that was there a few years ago. Love the instructors, class options, and fellow yogis.

Hot, big studio, the intense music is loud and that brings really great energy and helps push through the hard parts. All of the teachers seem experienced and are tough within reason. The mirrors are great too, they help with postures. I've been going to Urban since April 2009 and it's been my favorite studio ever since. Can't say enough good things. Keep doing what you're doing.
