Sarah is wonderful, warm, knowledgeable, creative and encouraging. The studio is beautiful too.
Great instructor, good studio room
I love hot yoga but I'd like to have more options than just hot yoga. May be 1 or 2 more unheated yoga or 1 or 2 more sculpture class.
Great experience. I got to urban for a total workout that is challenging and pushes me.
