As I first timer, and a man, I was a bit unsure of what to expect. Especially since I was opting to get the Brazilian/Glutes for my first time. But being tired of shaving all the time I thought I would give it a try. I read the reviews on yelp and the web and Urban Waxx was the best I found. When I showed up I was greeted by a friendly young lady who told me it would be just a minute and offered me a variety of drinks, so far so good. Jennifer came out a minute later and introduced herself and show me back to the waxing room. She explained what I needed to do and was extremely professional. The entire procedure was seamless. Jennifer kept me engaged in conversation to keep my mind off the parts that would be known to be painful. The entire thing was fast and very minimal on the pain scale. Jennifer did a great job and i look and feel great. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who is interested and is looking to get waxed. Thanks Jennifer for making this experience for me a great one. I look forward to continued appointments in the future.

Diana V was great! i actually thought i was scheduled with Diane so i was a little nervous to be getting my first Brazilian wax with a total stranger, but Diana made me feel super comfortable and was so accommodating as i am 37 weeks pregnant! She offered me water, breaks whatever i needed to make sure i was comfortable.
