Everyone at Urban Waxx is really friendly and makes you feel comfortable. This is my first experience with a wax service and I will continue to use them and recommend them to others. Just finished my 3rd appointment.

My daughter and I came to urban wax for the first time the other day. We did not have an appointment and the nice lady upfront told us when we could come backfor a walk-in. We shopped around a little bit and came back and got in right away. The gal waxing was so nice and Took her trying to make sure that I was happywith my brows. I was also excited to get a new tweezers and my daughter got a bath bomb. We will definitely be back!

The salon had a nice relaxing atmosphere, the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful as this was my first visit and I was kind of nervous. The wax technician (Diana) was really pleasant, professional & put me at ease. The overall appt was a quality experience and would definitely give Urban Waxx a great referral!!
