Best wax in town! The staff is really great and makes you feel comfortable. Pricing is competitive, I won't get waxed anywhere else. Very professional and they do an excellent job.

Tess was great! She pulled the strips off so fast that it was about half the pain of what I'm used to. As always the front desk staff was courteous and professional. Great job!

Lauralei is INCREDIBLE. She's great at keeping me distracted during my otherwise potentially painful visits but she's so skilled at her job it's over before you know it. I always feel welcomed when I'm there by both the front desk and Lauralei and I feel comfortable being there. Other waxing places make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being there, but not Urban Waxx.

I have been going to Carly for 4 years now. She is a fantastic waxer- quick and thorough. She is very sweet and doesn't make a Brazilian wax awkward or uncomfortable. I've been waxing for 12 years now, and she is the best I've ever been to. Urban Waxx as a facility is pristine- clean, decorated cute, and the staff is very professional. Urban Waxx is my recommendation for your PNW wax needs! Even after I made the move from Eugene to PDX, I knew I still wanted to go to Urban Waxx. The staff is always friendly and I'm never unhappy with my results. Not to mention how cute their shop is!
