Lauralei is INCREDIBLE. She's great at keeping me distracted during my otherwise potentially painful visits but she's so skilled at her job it's over before you know it. I always feel welcomed when I'm there by both the front desk and Lauralei and I feel comfortable being there. Other waxing places make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being there, but not Urban Waxx.

I have been going to Carly for 4 years now. She is a fantastic waxer- quick and thorough. She is very sweet and doesn't make a Brazilian wax awkward or uncomfortable. I've been waxing for 12 years now, and she is the best I've ever been to. Urban Waxx as a facility is pristine- clean, decorated cute, and the staff is very professional.
