This was my first time in urban wax and I am satisfied of their service.I was requested for brow and lip service and the lady did it perfectly.I didn't even feel the pain.

After 40 some years I decided I was tired of shaving and was going to get my very first wax from basically head to toe. I didn't quite know what to expect, but I have to say I have been so happy with my experience at Urban Waxx Timberland. From the moment walking in they made me feel comfortable. Then during the waxing session with Bailey she was professional and made be feel completely at ease during the entire session... even the Brazilian. I have gone back several times as needed and would recommend Urban Waxx and Bailey to anyone.
