• Urban Waxx is just what I've been looking for. A place that focuses just on waxing! I had to bring my five year old with me and their lounge area and extra seating in the waxing rooms were nice and accommodating and everyone was nice and gracious about it😌. I loved their product selection and enjoyed a bit of shopping when I was finished receiving my services. I bought the Serious Serum and was pleased at how cooling and refreshing it was as after-care for my services. Of course, most importantly, the waxing technichians were friendly and professional and took extra care to tweeze the stray hairs--a simple detail that is often overlooked at most waxing salons! Thank you for a wonderful self-care experience, Urban Waxx! I am looking forward to my next appointment!

• It was my first time at urban waxx, but it certainly won't be the last! The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and offered complimentary drinks while I waited. Alix was wonderful to work with.
