• After trying many different forms of professional hair removal (traditional waxing, sugaring, laser), I can confidently say that Urban Waxx provided the best experience yet. Stephanie made me feel extremely comfortable on my first visit, which can be hard to do when getting a Brazilian! She was quick, effective, and I experienced much less pain than any other type of service I have used in the past. The studio is beautiful yet cozy and inviting. They also have a wonderful selection of products to pamper yourself. I am looking forward to making Urban Waxx my go to spot.

• I have been getting my brows done in several spots throughout Portland and I either have a really difficult time getting in or end up leaving like Groucho Marx. I called and got a same day appointment. Alix was extremely friendly and listened to my concerns about my brows and the end result was perfect. My hunt for a reliable brow spot is over !

• Our waxing service was great. We were so happy to be able to get a same-day appointment. We were offered a beverage upon our arrival. Location is great and the salon has nice and bright natural light. Our welcome felt a little rushed, seems that there was some phone issues that morning. Faint smell from cannabis shop next door, did not bother experience, but noticeable.
