• Upon arrival to when I walked out the door, my experience at Urban Waxx was so delightful. I was met by the counter assistant and she made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my appt by grabbing me some freshly brewed tea. My waxing was done with Diane. She was personable and a great technician. No pain at all! My brows went from ferocious to on fleek and I couldn't feel more confident. Thank you, Urban Waxx and Diane for the amazing experience!

• I'm a dude. I was so afraid to get a Brazilian. Lauralei made it the least amount awkward possible. I'm bare down there and my girlfriend loves it. If you're considering it, do it.
