• I am so glad I found Urban Waxx. I have always been too scared to get a wax but after reading the positive reviews I decided to give it a try. As you walk in, you are greeted immediately and offered a variety of drinks and snacks. I am always called back on time and the past three times I have booked with Reed. She is fast and as painless as possible. She is very sweet and I definitely recommend her!

• I have been a fan of Urban Waxx since Shannon was a one-woman band! Today's culture reflect her work ethic, standards and fun attitude. I visited with Reed this time around and was not disappointed. She was lovely and funny as well as being a great brow artist and meticulous in her attention to detail.
