I've been to this location twice with 2 different people and both have been great, including reception people ... personable and friendly, made me comfortable, (relatively) painless, and I'm happy with the wax. No after issues. Also very clean/comfortable/not too cold , and the room smelled good! :-)

It is always such an awesome experience at ANY Urban Waxx location. I typically go to a different spot, but the staff here was so kind! Urban Waxx is always my #1 choice for waxing and fun products!
