The friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They never make me feel judged about my nether regions which is SUCH a vulnerable thing. They were also super accommodating last time I came in given I have a broken leg and was worried about how that would work. I love the wide availability of appointments too, never have to book more than a day in advance

This was my first time getting waxed professionally. I got a full leg/Brazilian/glutes and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast, and relatively painless it was.
