• My first time at Urban Waxx was a full arm wax with Hanna. She was extremely nice, meticulous and professional. The atmosphere is also really calming... the mimosa and great staff definitely helped me feel relaxed the whole time. Finally, the products they use are amazing! No stickiness at all and my skin felt hydrated and smooth afterwards. Definitely going back for my next wax!

• When I made my appointment, the only knowledge I had of waxing was what I had seen in the movie "The 40-year-old Virgin." Needless to say, I was somewhat worried. I should not have been; everybody at Urban Waxx made me feel comfortable and relaxed. (The glass of wine certainly didn't hurt, either.) Aurora not only took the time to explain to me what was going on, but was a lot of fun to talk to, as well. I heartily recommend it for anyone.

• As a first time waxer I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it didn't hurt badly at all (full leg and Brazilian wax) and Adriana was extremely professional, knowledgable, and very easy to talk to.
