• My waxes have always been top quality at urban. The esthetician's are lovely ladies and very skilled. The products used are clearly high quality. This time I received a different service than I usually choose and the esthetician identified that without me saying anything. She was then very helpful and informative, ensuring that my expectations and the service given were the same. I was very impressed and appreciative. They recently started a student discount which is I really appreciate as they're services are a little spendier which has unfortunately compelled me to go other places before.
