• My waxes have always been top quality at urban. The esthetician's are lovely ladies and very skilled. The products used are clearly high quality. This time I received a different service than I usually choose and the esthetician identified that without me saying anything. She was then very helpful and informative, ensuring that my expectations and the service given were the same. I was very impressed and appreciative. They recently started a student discount which is I really appreciate as they're services are a little spendier which has unfortunately compelled me to go other places before.

• Your waxers are all great. Personality, skill, hygiene, and overall feel of the facility are great. They are fast and care about achieving great results. You can really tell that the owner has communicated her vision and her people are executing it flawlessly. I don't have to be concerned with who I book with at Urban Waxx because the experience is a "10" on every visit no matter who is performing the service. The method and experience is always consistent, and the waxers are great conversationalists. Great job!
