I love the energy of the positive people who work there and my service (I see Kayla mostly but also McKayla) and it's always great. I love the perks/rewards system and especially using my points for the sales during the Holidays for gifts / treats for myself too! I also have pretty sensitive skin and the wax that Urban Waxx uses is one of the only places I've found that doesn't break me out so I've stayed consistently with them for a long time now. I live 30 min away now and I am still going to Urban Waxx!
