• Urban Waxx is always timely, friendly and helpful. The Eugene location is always clean, bright and welcoming. All staff are friendly and outgoing. They always know you by name and are ready for you when you get there. It's always easy to schedule a follow up appointment. Kayla is the best! She has a great personality and is a professional and amazing at what she does. I have been attending for years and never have had a complaint for Urban Waxx.

• I really enjoyed my experience. I appreciated the modifications made because of COVID-19 such as no waiting area, someone lets you in the building, mask required during service, PPE the waxer used, standing behind the line when checking out. These adjustments made me feel comforted
