• UW provided outstanding service on every level; initial contact, greeting me w/ a bev, my extra-ordinary and every-so-fast esthetician who worked miracles, offering the right product to prevent reddness, easy booking for next topographical location w/ my Magician and really appreciate the reminder texts & calls. Maybe I shouldn't give such an accurate account of my experience as they may become over-booked. Thank you for above and beyond!

• Scheduling appointments is always easy. The staff is pleasant during check in and while waiting for my appointment. I love my waxer, Mary! Super personable and she definitely put me at ease when I first started waxing. The only thing I don't love is the location due to parking and some safety concerns about downtown, but I hear they are opening a location at 5th street market, which will totally solve that issue!
