• Esthetician Nikky is so nice and very thorough and the salon has such a comfortable and clean ambience. I love their retail selection, also! I always end up buying a few candles and beauty products. Love the quality of the brands they sell.

• The front desk staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I had injured myself on the way to the office, just a small cut on my hand, but the front staff noticed and offered me a bandage as well as a beverage. My therapist was fun and friendly and pleasant to be with. I didn't feel embarrassed at all. This is my first wax ever! I would have rated you a 10 but, I noticed on your website you claim to be gender neutral and inclusive. However, I also noticed that the prices for Services to men (I am one) are more expensive than those for women. If you are really rocking the inclusivity and the gender neutrality, then you would have one set of prices for everyone.
