The front counter staff are always professional and personable. Alix is fantastic. Skilled and professional. Friendly and chatty which is distracting (in a good way!) The shop isn't close to my work or home but it's totally worth the drive!

I love Urban Waxx!! My profession is health care, and I have to say the first time I walked into their facility I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the front office. The secretary greated me warmly, welcoming me to their establishment and making me feel comfortably at home. Jennie is my girl.
