The service was great! I had a terrible experience with a Brazilian wax about 7 years ago, and have avoided waxing anything since (I'll spare you the gory details). However my husband is coming home in a few days after being gone for months, so I decided to tough it out and try it one more time despite my traumatizing experience years ago. From the moment I walked in I was happy with my decision, and once Susan took me in the back room she put me at ease and was so gentle. Completely changed my view on waxing. I would recommend her/ urban waxx to anyone looking for a place

Susan was amazing! This was my first Brazilian and was super nervous. She was so friendly and professional. She talked me through the whole session and I was so relaxed by the end I forgot I was naked!! The atmosphere was so relaxing and the staff is awesome.
