I love Urban Waxx, their staff are always friendly, always quick to offer a drink and I love the treats- the waiting area is very comfortable, though I've never really had to wait as they're always ready for me right on time. I've mixed several times since first going to the SE Division location, but I love Lanie and the staff and can't imagine going anywhere else even if it means driving clear across town.

Urban waxx is the only place where the wax doesn't irritate my skin. I moved out of state and i always have issues with ever wax place i have tried. If I know I'm coming to Portland, I will wait longer just to get waxed at urban waxx. Seriously, it's the best Brazilian ever.

Upscale interior, professional and friendly staff, brows looked great with minimal pain/redness, free M&Ms and wine while you wait - two thumbs up. We'll definitely use this place as our regular wax spot.
