Was a customer of your euro competitor, came to Urban Waxx and now I’ll never go anywhere else. Offered a mimosa when I walked in, it looks so inviting like a friend’s home and less like a clinic. Great service all around!!

Susan makes me feel so comfortable everytime I come in. It's like spending 30 minutes with a friend at coffee, instead of a wax. I enjoy going, which isn't always the case when your getting a wax!

I was going to Urban Waxx regularly and then moved somewhere where there wasn't one close. I went to another specialty waxing company and was not nearly as happy with my brows and they really tried to pressure me into buying their product. I got a job close to an Urban Waxx so I started going back there and OMG. It is just such a professional and comfortable environment, 10/10 would recommend.
