A Brazilian wax is more intimate than even some of the most intimate experiences most people have on any regular basis. The staff at Urban Waxx makes me feel super casual and comfortable like it's no big deal. That doesn't just happen. The place is clean and modern and luxe. It's an easy 10.

I like that the check in/out system is easy and efficient, everyone is very nice and friendly, and I like my aesthetician, Rochelle, because she's professional, good at the technical part of her job, and pleasant to be around.
