I typically always have good experiences when coming to urban waxx. Though, I give yesterday a 10 because considering I was almost 15 minutes late... my waxer, Jade, was still able to get both services done with no problems and no concerns! I really appreciate her kindness and willingness to still take me on and proceed with both services despite being on a time crunch!
