I believe people are at the heart of a company and Rylee is an example of that. I originally began visiting Urban Waxx out of convenience, as the location was only a few blocks away. Since then I've moved 7 miles away with similar services that are closer to me and more affordable, and I still return frequently because of Rylee's high level of skill, professionalism, and authenticity.
