Being a brand new client, I was unaware of this being an appointment based business. But after coming in, seeing the returning clients. The atmosphere, the overall quality and mood felt like they cared about the quality of work they do. No one wants to come in for a waxing that is painful and the end result isn’t what they expected. I felt good about the outcome of my waxing experience and the hour wait was WELL WORTH IT! The friendly staff and quality was EVERYTHING! I raved about the entirety of my experience to everyone I know! I’ll absolutely be a regular client here :)

Well first off I walk in to the lobby and was greeted right away the place was very clean has well as the restroom. My wax tech Jade greeted me and showed me to her space. I told her this is my first time being waxed and she made me feel at home and was very professional. Well it wasn’t so bad after all and I have scheduled my next appointment on the same day. I feel so much cleaner after be waxed. Thanks Urban wax and thank you Jade.
