This review is for Lauryn (and UW). They listened to my request and fulfilled it precisely as asked. They erred on the side of caution, taking a little at a time, until the look of the Brazilian we were striving for was achieved. I asked for a natural-looking triangle, and rather than what usually looks like a pasted-on, staunchly mechanical toupee resembling a fur cutout, they simply improved.on the natural shape, removing only what was requested, leaving the best possible result. It was, dare I say, perfect. They were not hasty, and not only attentive to details; they were the least painful in their approach. I'll return again and again because of them. Thank you, Lauryn, for listening to me and working with me on what is a really personal service. You are the best.

Front desk is friendly, efficient and prompt, the space is pleasant, and the women I have had for my waxes (Psyche and Jade) do a nice job and are lovely people!
