They have such a good variety of classes, and the instructors always give plenty of modifications for all levels of fitness. I love that they offer the zoom classes right now, and hope it continues even when they have in person classes again.

The staff make it as pleasant an experience as possible given all the covid restrictions. Good amount of free weights, no useless machines taking up extra space l.

I am really happy to find a gym offering virtual classes! I feel more safe, exercising from home for the next few months. I like the varied selection of classes offered electronically. Thank you for that. The staff is great, too! I'm sure it's challenging to teach without being face to face, and I appreciate them.
