My husband and I really enjoyed Wendy's safe and helpful stretch class. Her instructions were clear and well informed. We would not hesitate to recommend this class to anyone. Both my husband and I are seniors so we were very happy to see this class which is suitable for all ages! Thank you so much for making it available through zoom. Our daughter is a regular attendee at your studio and she loves it. We live on Vancouver island and look forward to visiting your facility on our next visit to Calgary.
