I’ve been coming to uptown lakewood studio on and off since maybe 2015. I love it - my favorite yoga studio in town. The teachers are all excellent with their own unique style. I like the welcoming, relaxing vibe at the studio. I like the schedule and the variety of classes. I really loved Tara’s prenatal classes when I was pregnant a couple of years ago. I can always find the peace, wisdom, relaxation, and of course exercise I need when I visit.
